BOOTH, Robert "Cecil" Sr., 84, of Plant City, passed away January 7, 2006, surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Ruby Lee Booth; three sons, Robert C. Booth Jr., James M. Booth and wife, Evelyn, and Carmen M. Booth and wife, Rhenda; one daughter, Diane Lewis; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Mr. Booth was an Army veteran serving in World War II and a member of Turkey Creek First Baptist Church. Funeral services will take place at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 10, 2006, at Turkey Creek First Baptist Church, with the Rev. David Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Turkey Creek Cemetery . The family will receive friends for visitation 6-8 p.m. Monday (today) at the funeral home.
