FAGAN, Charles A., 69, of Thonotosassa, Fla., formerly a native of Tampa, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 11, 2004 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was of the Catholic faith and was a boiler maker of Local 433. He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Sharon L. Fagan; happily surrounded by their three children who cherished him, Linda Lee Troupe of Thonotosassa, Bonnie Jo Cregger of Lutz, and Sharon Jane Garcia of Tampa; four grandchildren who were the joy of his life, two granddaughters, Angela Cregger, and Cameron Kollmar, and two grandsons, Charles Cregger and Bryan Cregger; two brothers, Edgar J. Fagan of Lutz, and James Fagan of Brooksville; and one sister, Betty Ann Thompson of Brooksville. A special thanks to Dr. Cheeseman, and the staff at JSA for all their help and support and wish to thank all the caregivers who made his final days more comfortable. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, May 15, 2004 at the Stowers Brandon Chapel. Interment to follow at Seffner Cemetery . The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to LifePath Hospice, 3010 W. Azeele Street, Tampa, FL 33609 or to the charity of your choice. Charles will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
