BARKER, Cecil W. "C.W.", 77, of Seffner passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2003. A native of Arcadia he had resided here most of his lifetime. He was a U.S. Navy World War II veteran and an original member of the Navy's "Blue Angels"; 50 yr. member of Brandon Masonic Lodge #114, F. & A.M.; Low 12 Club and American Legion Post 111. He is survived by his wife, Edna; two daughters, Patty Barker and Susan Perry, both of Tampa; brother, Stanley Barker, Lakeland; two sisters, Lois King, Anderson, S.C. and Alva Rowell, Plant City; two grandchildren, Joey and Christopher Perry and two great-grandchildren, Jonathan and Kevin Perry. Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church of Seffner with interment to follow at Seffner Cemetery . The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the church. Flowers will be accepted or those who wish may make donations to the church, P.O. Box 607, Seffner, FL 33583.
