BALL, Richard E., 75, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2009. A native of Tampa and a lifelong resident of Ruskin, Fla., Mr. Ball was a U.S. Air Force veteran, and a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, Carroll; daughter, Sarah Ann Allen; granddaughters, Sydney C. and Devin V. Allen; and also numerous nieces and nephew. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, January 22, 2009, at Christ the King Catholic Church, 821 S. Dale Mabry Hwy. A reception will follow the church services at the home of Sarah Ann Allen. Graveside services and interment will take place at 11 a.m. Friday at Ruskin Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m., with wake services at 6 p.m., Wednesday at the Blount & Curry Funeral Home, 605 S.
