DEAN, Linda M., 61, of Plant City, died April 11, 2005, in Tampa. She was a lifelong resident of the Plant City area. Linda was a school bus driver for the Hills- borough County School Board for 30 years. She was preceded in death by her mother, Relda Rowland; and brother, Art Singletary. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, C B. Dean; her daughter, Rhonda Allen and husband Wade of Plant City; four sons, Randall Dean of Gainesville, Clayton Dean and wife Teresa, Robert Dean and wife Kristi, and Michael Butler and wife Buttons, all of Plant City; four brothers, Martin Singletary of Tennessee, Samuel Singletary of Plant City, and Donald E. Davis and Johnnie Davis, both of Plant City; grandchildren, Taylor, Austin and Kennedy Dean, Mackenzie and Kendra Allen, Christopher Butler and Melinda Thomas; and three great-grandchildren. There is also her beloved pet, Abby Gail. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday, April 14, 2005, at Haught Funeral Home. Services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, April 15, 2005, at Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. Joe Bowles officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery . Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions to the National Kidney Foundation in her name will be appreciated.
