FOLSE, Peter Ansley Jr., 48, lifelong Tampa resident, passed away suddenly on Monday, Sept. 8, 2002 in Tampa. Mr. Folse was preceded in death by his father, Peter Ansley Folse, Sr., mother, Nancy Folse and brother, Ric Folse. Survivors include his wife, Susanne Folse; stepsons, David and Brian Sims and wife, Dana; sisters, Paulette and Terry Folse; grandchildren, Curt and Christina; niece, Lisa Marie Rosser; and many friends. Mr. Folse was known for his Sprint Car racing talents. In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory may be made to the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame Museum, P.O. Box 542 Knoxville, IA 50138. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 13, 2002 at Blount, Curry & Roel Armenia Chapel, 4730 N. Armenia Ave. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery .
