ELLIS, OTIS THEODORE, Funeral services for Mr. Ellis, 78, retired supervisor General Cable Co., Tampa, after 20 years service, will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 30, 1991, at Full Gospel Assembly Church, East Buffalo Avenue, Tampa, with Pastor Boyd Arden conducting the services. Burial will be in Matthews Cemetery , Tampa, under the direction of Archway/Good Shepherd Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the Archway/Good Shepherd Funeral Home.
