ARCURI, Tamara Lee, 43, passed away October 16, 2005, at the hospice house in Temple Terrace. Tammy was born September 24, 1962, in Cape Girardau, Mo., to John and Brenda Van Hoose. Tammy was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Arcuri, January 31, 2005; her mother, Brenda Hurt, September 22, 1998; and her brother, Allen Dale Van Hoose, March 22, 1995. She leaves many survivors including daughters, Melissa Ann, Kara Lynn and Kristen Marie; father, John Allen Van Hoose of Sarasota; brother, Carl Van Hoose of Sarasota; a very faithful sister, Becky Farmer of Tampa; and many other loving family and friends. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at Lutz Cemetery . In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory to the family for the future care of her children.
