BARROW, James H., 74, of Tampa, joined his beloved wife of 50 years, Joyce, September 20, 2006. He is survived by his children, Debbie, James and Charles; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and sisters, Pearl Rotureau and Margaret Morgan. A funeral service to honor his life will be conducted 2 p.m Monday, September 25, 2006, at the Adams & Jennings Chapel. Interment with military honors will follow at Lake Carroll Cemetery . The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service time.
