BANKS, Don, 76, of Tampa passed away March 29, 2008. Survivors include his loving wife of 34 years, Althea; daughters, Robin, Diane, Patricia and Judy; son, Jimmy; brother, Derry; sisters, Edra, Faye and Sue; 12 grandchildren; and several great- grandchildren. Don worked for Tampa Electric for nearly 40 years. The family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2008, at Blount & Curry Funeral Home, Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W. Bearss Ave., Tampa. A funeral will take place at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 3, at the funeral home, followed by interment at Lake Carroll Cemetery .
