HIGGINS, Malachi C. "Mal," 47, of Sun City, Fla., passed away April 28, 2007. He was a teacher at Ruskin Elementary School and children's pastor at River of Life Christian Centers. He was preceded in death by his mother, Frances Higgins. Survivors include his father, Norris: a brother, Ray; five aunts; three uncles and several cousins. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service at the church. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, May 5, 2007, at the River of Life Christian Center-South Campus, Wimauma, Fla. Burial Gulf City Cemetery  , Sun City. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to River of Life Christian Center-South Campus, 16110 U.S. Highway 30 South, Wimauma, FL 33598.
