HIGGINS, Frances "Frankie," 71, of Sun City Center, Fla., passed away July 23, 2005. Born in Sun City, Fla., she lived in Florida all of her life. She was a member of South Shore Assembly of God. She is survived by her beloved husband, Norris; sons, Malachi and Ray Higgins of Old Sun City, Fla.; brothers, Sebrone (Yuda) Denson of Lewisburg, Tenn., and Johnnie (Michelle) Denson of New Port Richey, Fla.; and sisters, Lucille Williams of Old Sun City, Fla., Annette (Billy) Carpenter of Old Sun City, Fla., Gerri Denson of Palmetto, Fla., Darlene (Mike) Ragan of Palmetto, Fla., and Linda Kay Denson of Palmetto, Fla. Visitation will be held noon-1 p.m. Monday (today), July 25, 2005, at South Shore Assembly of God, 12001 Big Bend Road, Riverview, FL 33569. Services will be at 1 p.m. Interment will follow in Gulf City Cemetery  , Ruskin.
