RAND, Frank Donald, age 60, of Odessa died Monday, December 30, 2002. Mr. Rand came to Tampa in 1985 from New York. He is survived by his beloved wife of 34 years, Linda; sons and daughter-in-law, Jamie and Julie Rand of Odessa and Brian Rand of Tampa; his father, Nat Rand of Odessa; brothers, Jonathan Rand and James Rand both of New York and Kenneth Rand of California; and sister, Judy DeLorenzo of New York. Funeral services will be held Thursday, 3 p.m. at Blount & Curry Funeral Homes, Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 West Bearss Avenue, under the direction of Beth David Chapel. Rabbi Joel Wasser will officiate. Interment will follow at Gan Shalom Cemetery . In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to the American Diabetes Assn., Memorial & Honor Program/ Call Center, PO Box 2680, North Canton, Ohio 44720.
