McREYNOLDS, Sandra J., 57, died unexpectedly on September 6, 2004. Born in San Antonio, Texas, she moved to Tampa with her children in 1980. A businesswoman, she was co-owner of Evergreen Properties, a building design company, and was a licenced real estate appraiser. She was a member of Congregation Schaarai Zedek and a longtime docent and volunteer at Lowry Park Zoo. Sandy always looked for ways to preserve and beautify historic Tampa. Survivors include her mother, Hermina Davidson of San Antonio, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Phil and Deah McReynolds; grandson, Justin of Temple Terrace; daughter, Hillary Lynne of San Luis Obispo, Calif.; sister and brother-in-law, Diane and Vick Leventhal; nieces, Nicole and Ashley of Alamo, Calif.; and her life partner, Jim Lauer. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday at Blount & Curry Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W. Bearss Ave., Tampa, under the direction of Beth David Funeral Chapel. Rabbi Richard Birnholz will officiate. Interment will follow at Gan Shalom Cemetery . In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lowry Park Zoo, 1101 W. Sligh Ave., Tampa, FL 33604.
