LEVY, Minda Naomi, age 69, of Lutz died Wednesday, August 25, 2004. Mrs. Levy was born in Chicago, Ill. and came to Florida 14 years ago from Omaha, Neb. She was a member of Congregation Schaarai Zedek. Survivors include her beloved husband of 38 years; Werner Levy, son and daughter-in-law; Charles Andrew & Michelle Levy of Ames, Iowa, daughter and son-in-law; Andrea Joy and Robert Patrick Brown of Omaha, Neb. and five grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Monday, 11 a.m. at Gan Shalom Cemetery (located just east of Livingston Ave. on County Line Rd.). Rabbi Richard J. Birnholz will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Jewish National Fund, 4625 East Bay Dr., Suite 11, Clearwater, FL. 33764.
