LERER, Sam, age 93, of Tampa, died Monday, August 4, 2003. Mr. Lerer was a resident of Tampa since 1955. He was a chemist for the US government and a former member of Temple David. Survivors include his beloved wife of 36 years, Lucille; cousin, Rhea Hurwitz; step-son, Dan Good Jr.; step grandchildren, Dan Good III, Donna Meyers and Denise Epp; step great-grand-son, Joshua Meyers; three nieces; and three great-nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 2:00 p.m. at Beth David Funeral Chapel, 3909 Henderson Boulevard, Tampa. Interment will follow at Gan Shalom Cemetery . In lieu of flowers memorial contri- butions can be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital or the charity of ones choice.
