KAUFMAN, Ephraim E., 93, of Tampa, died Thursday, March 3, 2005. Mr. Kaufman was born in New York and came to Tampa two years ago from Tamarac. He was a retired goverment surveyor and a World War II U.S. Army veteran. Survivors include his beloved wife of 63 years, Hilda; sons, Dr. Stuart Kaufman of Tampa and Len Kaufman of Oaklahoma City, Okla.; brothers, David Rosen of Queens, N.Y., William Rosen of Santa Rosa, Calif., and Morris Rosen of Dallas, Texas; and sisters, Rea Kesselman and Irene Matsil, both of Woodmere, N.Y.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 9:30 a.m. Monday at Gan Shalom Cemetery , with Rabbi Richard Birnholz officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Weinberg Village, 13005 Community Campus Drive, Tampa, FL 33625.
