GOTTFRIED, Isabella, 92, of Tampa, died on Sunday, June 16, 2002 at University Community Hospital-Fletcher. Born in Budapest, Hungary, she moved to Tampa in 1980 from Philadelphia, Pa. She retired as an accountant and she was a world traveller. She was a member of Congregation Kol Ami in Carrollwood. She enjoyed reading and cooking and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her two daughters, Dr. Judy A. Spitzer of New Orleans, La. and Ilona M. Friedman of Tampa; six grandchildren, Dr. Peter Spitzer, Juliet Spitzer and Dr. Michelle Friedman, all of Philadelphia, Pa., Dr. Frank Friedman of Boston, Mass., Suzy Friedman and Dr. Andrea Friedman, both of Tampa; and 14 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held today at 2 p.m. at Congregation Kol Ami with interment following at Gan Shalom Cemetery . The family request contributions may be made to Congregation Kol Ami Youth Fund in Mrs. Gottfried's name, 3919 Moran Road, Tampa 33616.
