FIELDHOUSE, Arlene Rita, 71, of Lutz, died May 13, 2005. Mrs. Fieldhouse was a 17 year resident of Lutz. She was a retired insurance salesperson having worked for AFLAC Insurance Company for 20 years. Survivors include her beloved husband of 28 years, Thomas Fieldhouse; daughters and sons-in-law, Leslie Eileen and Daniel Carzoli, Terri Beth Fieldhouse and her son, (grandson) Jason Fieldhouse and Diana Lynn and Scott Drake and their son (grandson), Dylan; and sisters and brothers-in-law, Shirley and Arnold Weinstein and Beverly and Arnold Glanz. Graveside services will be held 3 p.m. Monday, at Gan Shalom Cemetery (located just west of Livingston Ave. on County Line Rd.). In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
