COOLEY, Sr., Howard Samuel, 72, of Seffner passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2002. He is survived by his wife, Helen Cooley, Homosassa; three sons, Sammy of Riverview, Russell of Seffner and Jamie of Valrico; two daughters, Kathy Taylor and Karen Simonds, both of Dover; two brothers, Benjamin Cooley, Stephen City, Va. and Bill Cooley, Winchester, Va.; sister, Jane Colie, Silver Springs, Md.; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday at Bloomingdale Cemetery . Those who wish may make donations to the American Cancer Society.
