CARTER, DOROTHY M., 84, of Brandon, died Wednesday (Dec. 15, 1999) at Tierra Pines Nursing Home. Born in Bloomingdale, she lived in the area all her life. She was a marketing researcher for Rexall Drugs. She was a former sexton of Bloomingdale Cemetery and member of Bloomingdale Baptist Church Senior Citizen Group. She was Protestant. Survivors include a son, C.P. "Kelly" Noble, Brandon; two daughters, Frances N. Hofacker, Seminole, and L. LaNette Bryant, Odessa; a brother, Edgar T. Quick, Thonotosassa; a sister, Marie Buswell, Bloomingdale; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Stowers Funeral Home, Brandon.
