ASHBURN, Wayne Eugene, 62, of Plant City, Fla., passed away Saturday, October 30, 2004, at his residence. He was a lifelong resident of Tampa and a member of Tampa Bay Baptist Deaf Church. Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney and Lois (Bohannon) Ashburn, and brother, Leslie Ashburn. Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Barbara; one daughter, Dawn Rina Ashburn Testasecca and her husband, Robert, of Plant City; two brothers, Randall Ashburn of Citrus, Fla., and Larry Ashburn of Marshfield. Mo.; and four grandchildren, Courtney, David, Lilith and Samantha. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 7, 2004, at Terrace Oaks Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Bloomingdale Cemetery , Valrico, Fla. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday, November 5, 2004, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations be made to a burial fund in Wayne's name at AmSouth Bank.
