BALLIETT, Cecil, 74 of Plant City died Feb. 14, 2002. He is survived by his wife, Melba; sons, Anthony of Plant City, and Jonathan of Plant City; daughter, Selina Harrell of Plant City, brothers; Claude of Dover, and Floyd of Utah, sister; Mary Shirley of Lithia; and four grandchildren. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday with interment following in Antioch Cemetery . Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. Both will take place in Haught Funeral Home. 717-9300
