COOK, Gloria Alice, 66, of Lithia, Fla., passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2009. She is survived by her husband, Merrick "Rick" Cook; sons, Robert Merrick Cook of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Kenneth Walter Cook of Riverview, Fla.; daughters, Wanda Alice Keller of Lithia, and Teresa Fae Cook, Salt Lake City; sisters, Donna Alm, Ariz., and Mary Jo Beus, Littleton, Colo.; 21 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 10 a.m. Friday, May 8, 2009, at Valrico Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 4806 Bell Shoals Road, Valrico, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services. Interment will follow at Pelote Cemetery , Lithia. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to LifePath Hospice
